We concluded beta testing in December 2017 and officially released TMClubSchedule in February 2018. Any club is now eligible for a free, no obligation 30 day trial.
There are three subscription options:
- Monthly: $15/month
- Semi-Annual: $75 every 6 months
- Annual: $120 per year
Refunds
At the end of the trial period your charges will begin. You can terminate your subscription at any time (for any reason) and receive a prorated refund for the full month’s you did not use. For example, if you purchase an annual subscription in January (Jan – Dec), and cancel your subscription in June, you will receive a 50% refund of your membership fees for 6 months, i.e. July – December. All subscription fees are payable in advance.
* There are no refunds of monthly subscriptions, only semi-annual and annual subscriptions.
If you would like help starting out we will set up your club schedule at no cost, including uploading your membership roster, setting up your club roles, deciding what experience levels to create (e.g. Newbie, Intermediate, Experienced, Advanced, etc). Experience levels are used by the program to determine when a member is eligible to fill different roles.
